Pam - Spalon Montage Creative Director 

A grandmaster in the hair industry, Pamela Cruz represents Spalon as the company’s Creative Director; creating custom hair collections, leading a team of Educational Directors and mentoring young talent. She was one of the 4 founding artists of Spalon’s Apprentice Program that has been steadfast and growing since 1993.  Pam has worked with many famed artists as both an Educator and a National Platform Stylist. She was born with a passion for hair! Growing up, Pam spent most of her free time at the salon her mom owned in East St. Paul. She went on to attend Cosmetology school while she was still a high school student. Since then, she has displayed her work on national platforms, worked with elite brands and participated in many editorial shoots. As the Creative Director for the Spalon hair team, her love for education and trend keeps our new and existing team members excited about developing and perfecting their skills in the industry.
